What data we collect

Sharing data (service providers)
We do not sell your data. We only share data with trusted service providers when necessary to operate the website, communicate with you, and deliver our services. These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that protect your information.
Our key service providers include:
- Website hosting: Hetzner (Germany, EU)
- Forms / intake: Jotform (data stored in the EU, as configured)
- Email & collaboration: Google Workspace / Gmail (EU data location configured)
International transfers
We aim to keep your data within the European Union. Our hosting is located in the EU, and we configure our tools to store data in the EU where available. If any transfer outside the EU would ever be necessary, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by GDPR.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We limit access to personal data to those who need it to provide our services.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where applicable. You can also object to processing, request restriction of processing, and request data portability when the GDPR applies.
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: the Dutch Data Protection Authority / Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
